Darren established Total Fire Services Ltd in 2003 and resigned from the Fire Service in 2006 to run his business on a full time basis. Darren had a 17 year career with Greater Manchester Fire Service in various operational and fire safety roles, ending his career as Borough Fire Safety Manager in Rochdale.
Total Fire Services are a fire risk assessment and consultancy practice that provides fire risk assessments and support services to a wide and varied client base and was the 4th Company in the UK to gain BAFE SP205 via NSI which is a UKAS approved 3rd party certificated scheme for fire risk assessment companies. Darren also acts as the “fire safety topic expert” on the popular Landlord Zone forum providing advice and support to residential landlords and organisations UK wide.
