GWL - [GW (Management Solutions) Limited] are based in Hertfordshire, carrying out Life Safety Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Training, Fire Emergency Plans, Fire Evacuation Drills and Giving Sound Practical Technical advice to National Business's in the United Kingdom.

I have over 30 years of experience within Fire Safety; I started my career as an engineering apprentice, employed by Fire Fighting Enterprises of Stevenage, who were leaders in the manufacture of Halon Suppression Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Detectors and importers of the original version of the early V.E.S.D.A Systems.  I passed my engineering apprenticeship and became registered Engineering Technician on the engineering council (EngTech), also a Graduate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (G.I.Fire.E.) and now (2014) a Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (M.I.F.S.M.).

I have worked extensively within Large Fire Alarm Companies, such as Chubb Fire and Initial Fire dealing with major integrated Fire System projects for large multi nationals before going into Partnership with my now Co-Director in forming GW(Management Solutions) Ltd in early 2003.  We have provided sound advice for major clients and are seen as very practical in dealing with fire safety issues; we enjoy problem solving and will work closely with our clients to achieve the best fire solution to perceived risks, ensuring that our clients are best represented and provided with clear information when dealing with Fire Legislation.
