Tony has over 25 years’ experience in fire prevention and firefighting from time served within the UK Royal Navy. Since leaving the RN Tony has continued to follow a career involving fire. He has further developed his skills through a combination of hard work conducted in the public sector and the undertaking of professional courses, meetings and seminars, driven by a hunger to build upon that professional knowledge and experience.  Tony has experience in the areas of: Compiling fire risk assessments in a variety of different use properties, including offices, aircraft hangars, maintenance workshops, retail outlets, shopping malls, blue chip companies, car parks, schools, NHS facilities and common parts of dwellings including sheltered housing; compiling in depth, understandable management reports with workable action plans for the above; production of Emergency Procedures and Plans for clients; conduct, and assess emergency evacuation drills of client properties; development and delivery of fire related training programs; updating of fire diagrams from pre-prepared CAD drawings; assisted sales team by providing technical knowledge and attending client meetings; attended and provided advice on client Root Cause; problem solving sessions; liaison with Fire Authorities on client’s behalf; explosives storage and safety; firefighting; instructional design and delivery on a range of topics to persons at all levels.
