My prior role within the South Yorkshire Fire Service allowed me to gain a vast array of knowledge and understanding in the application of fire risk assessment, which has gained him an independent assessment via the 3rd party registration on the BAFE SP205 Scheme.

This in turn has led to the inclusion on Tier 3 Nationally Accredited Fire Risk Assessors Register (NAFRAR).
I am a skilled and experienced fire professional providing fire risk assessment consultancy services for a range of Clients to enable compliance with the Fire Safety Order 2005.

A former member of a local Authority Fire Service, I carried out Inspections, audits and provided regulatory advice under the workplace regulations and during the change in legislation and under the current Fire Safety Order.

Clark can offer fire safety consultancy services along with complex fire risk assessments and the network to assist with large property portfolios across the UK, assisting Local Authority Housing, London Borough Housing, Care Homes, Specialised Housing, High Rise Tower Blocks, High Risk Sleeping Accommodation, rented accommodation, offices, shops, funeral parlours, churches, ware houses, factories etc, with recognised qualifications and accreditations enabling him to apply a balanced and cost effective balanced solutions via approved guides, codes of practice and risk assessment methodologies.

A comprehensive understanding of CP3 CH4 1962 & 1971 on older style blocks of flats, which do not follow todays prescriptive build standards and can assist with workable solutions to any build design.

I also train, prepare and mentor other fire safety professionals through bespoke designed webinars and training packages and has the ability to design fire detection systems, create appropriate cause and effect strategies for a wide range of properties and also tailor bespoke fire risk assessment templates for Clients.

Can advise on all aspects of fire risk, legislation, codes of practice, emergency planning and also updates colleagues, staff and Clients on any significant changes within legislation or fire risk assessment techniques.

Investigate infringements, contraventions, fire accidents and death as required. Main point of contact for any enforcement or interaction/liaison with the Fire Authority with my Lead Clients, whilst promoting and maintaining excellent working relationships with regional Enforcement fire authorities.
